Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator

Webco Manufacturing is seeking a Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our precision sheet metal team in Alto, GA. In this role, you will interpret blueprints, set up welding equipment, and perform high-quality MIG welding and fabrication on custom metal parts and assemblies. You will fit, tack, and weld components, grind and finish welds, and verify dimensions using measuring tools. The position supports continuous improvement, safe work practices, and mentoring junior welders while collaborating with engineering, assembly, and finishing teams to meet quality and delivery standards.
