Key ResponsibilitiesLead technical discovery sessions to understand client environments, risks, and business objectivesShape and own the technical strategy for cybersecurity services opportunitiesSupport deals throughout the sales cycle (discovery through close)Architect service-based solutions across one or more areas, including:MDR / SOC / SIEMIdentity & Access Management (IAM)Advisory / Risk / ComplianceSecurity Assessments and Professional ServicesPartner with Sales to position and differentiate RedLeggs servicesDevelop and validate scopes of work, assumptions, and Statements of Work (SOWs)Deliver client-facing presentations, workshops, and solution discussionsEnsure proposed solutions are aligned with delivery capabilities and are commercially viableIdentify cross-sell and expansion opportunities across service linesRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, solutions architecture, sales engineering, or client-facing security servicesExperience supporting pre-sales activities, technical discovery, and solution developmentProven ability to translate client needs, risks, and business goals into scoped cybersecurity services solutionsExperience contributing to or validating SOWs, proposals, or service scopesStrong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholdersExperience in at least one of the following areas:MDR / SIEM / Security OperationsIdentity & Access ManagementAdvisory, risk, or compliance servicesSecurity assessments or consulting servicesAbility to work cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, and Practice teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience working within an MSSP, cybersecurity consulting firm, or services-led security organizationPrevious experience in a pre-sales or solutions architecture roleCISSP, CCSP, or similar certificationFamiliarity with frameworks such as NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, or HIPAAExperience supporting mid-market or enterprise clientsWhy Join RedLeggWork across a broad and evolving cybersecurity services portfolioPartner with experienced leaders across sales, delivery, and consultingDirect impact on deal strategy and business growthFully remote environment with a collaborative team culture
