Senior Project Manager

Lead multiple redevelopment, renovation, and adaptive reuse projects simultaneously Oversee budgeting, conceptual estimating, planning, and scheduling efforts Manage architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and tenant relationships Negotiate contracts, oversee permits, and mitigate project risks Provide project leadership while communicating progress to executive stakeholders
