Senior Project Manager / Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership & Delivery Oversight
• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple integrated and interdependent projects
• Drive program governance, roadmap alignment, stakeholder updates, and reporting cadence
• Client & Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the primary client interface across delivery workstreams
• Manage alignment across business owners, IT stakeholders, compliance leads, and vendor partners
• Facilitate executive steering committee sessions and program health reporting
• Cross-Project Coordination & Integration
• Lead coordination across project teams
• Oversee bi-directional integrations between CRM and CAPS, and between data lake and external providers/payers
• Ensure member data integrity across all platforms and a seamless user experience
• Risk, Compliance, and Change Management
• Proactively manage risks across timeline, resourcing, compliance, and vendor SLAs
• Lead risk reviews, issue escalations, and resolution management
• Drive user adoption and change management planning for CRM and member portal

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing complex enterprise programs in healthcare or adjacent industries
• Strong delivery track record in claims systems (CAPS), CRM platforms, cloud data architectures, and digital health portals
• Hands-on experience leading third-party vendor engagements and integration programs
• Familiarity with Medicare Advantage, value-based care, HIPAA compliance, and EDI/API healthcare integrations
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership capabilities
• PMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications preferred
• Preferred Experience - No-code/low-code platforms
• Cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, GCP, or AWS data lakes)
• Member or patient-facing digital health portals
