Senior SAP Instructional Designer

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Must Have experience in the following tools: Walkme, Enable Now, Articulate, Skyllful

Minimum 5+ years of experience with major ERP systems

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with multiple SAP modules at a minimum - prefer more

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience

Proven ability to develop engaging, effective training curriculum that enhances user adoption

Expert proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Advanced knowledge of Instructional Design Theory and Adult Learning Principles

Proficiency in training development tools (Enable Now, Articulate Rise, WalkMe, or similar platforms)

Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
