Senior Software Engineer - (AWS serverless computing)

We are seeking an experienced AWS Serverless Developer to design, build, and support scalable cloud-native applications focused on integrating and processing customer data from Salesforce. This role will develop event-driven, serverless solutions that connect multiple APIs and endpoints while ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing data integrations across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate has strong AWS serverless development experience, API integration expertise, and a solid understanding of customer data workflows. Experience with Python or Java is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AWS serverless applications using services such as Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, EventBridge, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, and CloudWatch.
• Build and support integrations between Salesforce and downstream enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain multiple RESTful API endpoints for customer data ingestion, transformation, and distribution.
• Design event-driven architectures that enable scalable, resilient, and loosely coupled integrations.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce teams, and enterprise architects to define integration requirements.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth, JWT, IAM roles, and API security best practices.
• Develop reusable integration components and automation to improve development efficiency.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize cloud resources for performance and cost.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
• Create technical documentation for APIs, workflows, and deployment processes.
