Senior SRE - Active Secret Clearance

Senior Site Reliability Engineer | Remote | US

** Must have active security clearance - Secret or higher **

A growing technology services organisation is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to support a federal client and help maintain secure, reliable, mission-critical infrastructure.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot production environments

• Manage infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible and Docker

• Support CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows and deployment automation

• Operate AWS services including EKS, S3 and EMR

• Manage monitoring, alerting, diagnostics and incident response

• Perform root-cause analysis and drive continuous reliability improvements

• Collaborate with engineering and client stakeholders

Key requirements:

• Strong Python and Linux experience

• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Docker and CI/CD

• Strong Git and production operations experience

• Excellent troubleshooting, incident response and communication skills

• Ability to work East Coast US hours

• US citizenship and active Secret security clearance required

Desirable: AWS, EMR, Spark, JupyterHub, Hue, Databricks, or federal/regulated environments.
