Advanced experience owning outcomes and decision making, solving ambiguous problems and influencing stakeholders; deep expertise in domain. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in a management consulting, operations, business strategy, marketing strategy, investment banking, venture capital or private equity role. 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders. Experience with Marketing Technology or Applied AI strategies in Marketing.
Preferred qualifications: MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field. Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline business or development workflows. Experience with investigative problem-solving and quantitative analysis. Ability to work across teams, build relationships, and influence executives. Ability to independently navigate ambiguity and lead strategic initiatives in a changing environment.
As a Senior Strategy and Operations Manager for Google Ads and Commerce Marketing, you will be a key leader driving the definition of our global Marketing Technology and Applied AI strategy. In close collaboration with cross-functional leaders across Marketing and Engineering, you will lead definition of strategic roadmaps and operating plans that enable growth, operational excellence, and innovation. You will lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives, align executive stakeholders, and help ensure our technology investments drive long-term business value.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $171000 - $247000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits.
