Job Description

Our Senior Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Direct all field operations on large-scale public works and commercial construction projects.
• Develop and execute site logistics plans, sequencing strategies, and construction schedules.
• Lead subcontractors, foremen, and field staff to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and proactively address delays or conflicts.
• Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and jobsite performance.
• Conduct daily site walks and coordinate inspections with local agencies.
• Oversee project documentation, reporting, and quality-control procedures.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, design consultants, owners, and stakeholders.
• Manage project turnover, punch-list completion, and closeout activities.
• Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and emerging field leaders.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Senior Superintendent will have:

• 8+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor.
• Proven success leading $10M-$100M+ ground-up projects.
• Experience managing complex public works, civic, educational, or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics.
• Thorough understanding of OSHA standards and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage large, fast-paced projects.
