Industrial Superintendent

Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through completion. Manage subcontractors, schedules, quality standards, and site logistics. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company best practices. Coordinate with project managers, clients, and design partners throughout delivery. Drive project milestones while maintaining productivity and budget expectations.

A successful Industrial Superintendent should have:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in industrial or large commercial construction
• Proven success delivering warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial projects
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site logistics
• Skilled in managing multiple trades and subcontractor relationships
• Collaborative leader who communicates clearly and leads from the front
