Our Senior Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Manage day-to-day field operations from groundbreaking through project closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and inspectors
• Drive project schedules and ensure milestone achievement
• Enforce safety standards and maintain OSHA compliance
• Lead weekly jobsite meetings and daily field coordination efforts
• Monitor productivity, site logistics, and quality control
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to resolve field challenges
• Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and progress updates
• Manage inspections, punch lists, and turnover activities
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements

The ideal Senior Superintendent will have:

• 10+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
• Experience delivering ground-up commercial, public works, educational, or municipal projects
• Proven success managing projects valued between $10M and $100M+
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, site logistics, and construction sequencing
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project momentum
• OSHA certification preferred

We are offering this role:

• Base Salary: $175,000 - $200,000
