Long Island based plaintiff Personal Injury law firm is seeking a Trial Attorney to join a firm that specializes in representing injured people.

• Ideal candidate has experience w/ multiple verdicts and significant settlements in cases ranging from construction accidents, motor vehicle and premises cases.
• Proven Trial Success
• Must have extensive knowledge in litigating complicated cases.
• Previous experience preparing and prosecuting cases to conclusion either by trial or settlement.
• Must also have extensive experience drafting of pleadings, motions, appeals, contracts, discovery documents, expert witness disclosures and correspondence.
