Full-Time Server / Bartender

Novo Cucina | Briarcliff, GA

Novo Cucina is hiring full-time servers and/or bartenders to join our team. Our Italian restaurant brings together handmade pasta, artisanal pizza, wine, and cocktails with warm, attentive hospitality. We’re looking for dependable, personable individuals who take pride in creating an excellent guest experience.

At least one year of serving experience in an upscale dining restaurant is required. Bartending experience is a plus; we’re willing to train the right candidate in bartending.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide knowledgeable, attentive service throughout their visit.
• Learn our food, wine, and cocktail menus and offer thoughtful recommendations.
• Take accurate orders and communicate dietary restrictions and allergy concerns to the kitchen and management.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and service team to ensure well-paced service.
• For bartending assignments, prepare beverages according to restaurant recipes and standards.
• Follow responsible alcohol-service procedures.
• Process orders and payments accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized dining and bar areas.
• Complete opening, closing, restocking, and side-work duties.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of upscale dining experience as a server.
• Strong guest-service skills and a friendly, professional manner.
• The ability to manage multiple tables or orders while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Interest in Italian cuisine, wine, and cocktails.
• Dependability, punctuality, and a collaborative attitude.
• Willingness to learn and follow Novo Cucina’s service standards.
• Availability for a full-time schedule, including Sundays.
