Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to help support a ServiceNow Health & Safety implementation.

This BPC will gather requirements from key clients & stakeholders, while liaising with the Development team throughout the project.

What will you be doing:

• Collaborating closely with clients, leadership, and a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team
• Utilize your knowledge & work projects broadly across the board but in particular with advancements in Health & Safety within ServiceNow
• Gather requirements, perform demos & workshops, undertake testing as needed
• Document and finalize user stories, as well as perform demos as needed

Experience:

• Strong ServiceNow Business Process experience
• ServiceNow Certifications(CSA, CAD, CIS etc..)
• Previous consultancy experience DESIRABLE
