Overview:undefined Responsibilities: Job Responsibilities Include : * Ensure the safety of the facilities department by developing, reviewing, and revising operating procedures. * Oversee the implementation of park and department policies and procedures * Maintain documentation of training certifications, maintenance and safety standards. * Develop and maintain daily operation and rehab projects. * Lead and schedule all assigned facilities shops to ensure all work assignments are completed efficiently and in a timely manner. * Preparing and coordinating all tools, equipment, and materials required for projects. * Working to continuously improve employee morale * Handling team member questions and concerns. * Lead, discipline, motivate and manage staff to achieve department goals. Qualifications: The ideal candidate must possess : * Experience in leading the team with projects * Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. * Strong motivational, leadership, and team building skills. * Demonstrated ability to accomplish goals through motivation and delegation. * Good organizational skills, creative, outgoing, detail oriented, and self-motivator. * An enthusiastic, professional, and positive attitude and enjoy working with people. * Valid CA driver license. * Ability to operate a variety of equipment (cleaning equipment, tractor, sweeper truck, etc.) * Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
