Job Position: Clamp Forklift

Location: Cedar Hill, TX 75104

Pay Rate: $18

Shifts: The warehouse operates 3 shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift

Description:

Our Desoto team is currently looking for reliable and experienced Sit-Down Clamp Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a safety-first mindset, and at least 1+ year of sit-down Clamp forklift experience in a warehouse environment.

This position is at a recycling warehouse, and you will be required to complete a clamp forklift test on-site.

Candidates must be able to pass drug test and Background Check

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a sit-down clamp forklift, load and unload material/merchandise from incoming vehicles.
• Stacking pallets/product, palletizing for storage or shipping.
• Identifying damages and reporting shortages or quality issues to supervisors.
• Ensuring efficient and safe operations in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of +1 year of sit-down CLAMP forklift experience Required
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods throughout the shift.
