Job Description PRN Sleep Medicine Physician About this role As a Sleep Medicine Physician, you will join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and an outstanding patient experience. You'll work alongside an experienced physician and APP in a well-established outpatient sleep medicine practice.

• Practice at our Wheat Ridge Sleep Clinic in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
• Outpatient-only setting.
• Clinic hours: MondayFriday, 8:30 a.m.5:00 p.m.
• EPIC EMR utilized system-wide.

• Competitive Compensation:$203/hour

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency program.
• Board certified or board eligible in Sleep Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process.
