As Social Service Senior Administrator, you will manage and oversee the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) within the Division of Social Services Policy and Program Development Unit to ensure compliance with federal, state, and agency requirements. You will be responsible for program implementation, policy and procedure development, corrective action initiatives, and staff supervision. This role also involves preparing state plans and reports, managing grants and contracts, coordinating with internal leadership and external partners, and recommending operational improvements to strengthen service delivery.
