In this role, you will run the fabrication process by operating cast polymer saws, routers, and CNC machinery. You will craft precision trim parts, troubleshoot production challenges on the fly, and conduct quality inspections to ensure every piece meets our production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate cast polymer saws, routers, and CNC machinery.
- Perform standard fabrication work: finished part assembly, trim preparation, edge preparation, mounting sink bowls, and shower base assembly.
- Fabricate parts to the exact standards shown on drawings.
- Measure, inspect, and label parts during processing and finishing to ensure they meet specifications.
- Perform daily maintenance on assigned equipment and keep maintenance records.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Prepare finished parts for shipment or installation.
- Complete on-site forklift and tow motor training and certification.
Safety & Team Expectations
- Follow all safety protocols and consistently use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Lift up to 50 lbs. safely and repeatedly, and stand for extended periods.
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet simultaneous deadlines.
- Communicate respectfully with teammates, customers, and suppliers.
- Act with integrity and self-motivation in line with our company core values.
Position Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, wood fabrication, or solid surface fabrication.
- Experience with machinery, power tools, and hand tools.
- Proven ability to accurately read a measuring tape and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong troubleshooting, assessment, and planning skills.
- Willingness to complete a BCI background check, drug screen, and physical exam.
