Lo que hars:

Como asociado, trabajar dentro de uno de varios equipos:

• Recepcin: Este equipo acepta el nuevo inventario de nuestros clientes y es responsable de todo el proceso de almacenar ese inventario y aceptarlo en nuestro sistema. La responsabilidad de comunicar las llegadas y cualquier excepcin tambin corresponde a este equipo.
• Recoleccin (Picking): Dividido en dos procesos diferentes, nuestro equipo de recoleccin es responsable de entregar productos a la siguiente etapa del proceso de manera rpida y precisa. Un equipo integral en el almacn, los recolectores y sus compaeros mantienen el flujo de los productos de los clientes en movimiento y mantienen el almacn en funcionamiento.
• Empaque (Packing): Los toques finales antes de que un cliente reciba sus productos; el equipo de empaque es responsable de garantizar la calidad de cada envo y empacar los artculos correctamente. El equipo de empaque trabaja junto con el equipo de recoleccin para garantizar que los envos se cumplan perfectamente y es responsable de todos los aspectos relacionados con esos envos.
• Otras funciones segn sea necesario: Somos un equipo, lo que significa que se le pedir que ayude en otras reas fuera de sus responsabilidades diarias normales para garantizar que las operaciones funcionen eficientemente.
• Este rol incluye responsabilidad de: garantizar que los productos se manejen, almacenen y distribuyan de manera que mantengan su seguridad, calidad y legalidad. Se espera que los miembros del equipo sigan todos los procedimientos operativos estndar, reporten cualquier inquietud relacionada con la condicin o integridad del producto, apoyen la trazabilidad mediante registros precisos y contribuyan a una cultura de mejora continua y conciencia sobre la seguridad del producto.

Lo que aportars:

• Capaz de trabajar turnos programados incluyendo horas extra y/o fines de semana segn las necesidades del negocio, y llegar puntualmente al trabajo de manera consistente.
• Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras sin restriccin.
• Capaz de estar de pie y caminar continuamente durante un turno de 8 a 10 horas.
• Capaz de agacharse, inclinarse, alcanzar objetos en altura y empujar/jalar con frecuencia.
• Puede ser necesario ayudar en otros departamentos segn sea necesario.
• Est dispuesto a ensuciarse las manos para completar una tarea.
• Tiene la capacidad de adaptarse rpidamente a los cambios.
• Es extremadamente orientado al detalle.
• Capacidad para comprender rpidamente nuevos procesos e identificar oportunidades operativas.
• Busca abrirse paso en una empresa emergente de rpido crecimiento.
• No se requiere experiencia previa en almacn. Pasar por un programa de capacitacin de 7 das!
• Debe tener 18 aos o ms.
