What we are looking for:
The Fulfillment & Warehouse Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting multiple operational functions, including online order fulfillment, warehouse operations, forklift operation, general production, and backup for local deliveries. This role ensures accurate order processing, safe material handling, timely shipments, and efficient production support while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
What you will do:
- Meet daily fulfillment metrics including accuracy, productivity, and on-time shipment targets
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time
- Manage fulfillment of internet orders through various online platforms
- Assists with building and assembling product
- Maintain inventory accuracy and replenish picking locations
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments; organize warehouse inventory
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
- Assist with production, assembly, packaging, and finishing operations
- Operate manual bandsaw, auto saw, press, or auto gluer as necessary
- Prepare materials for production runs
- Perform quality inspections and report defects
- Serve as a backup driver for local deliveries using a company box truck/van
- Load, transport, and unload products safely
- Complete delivery paperwork and maintain positive customer interactions
- Perform vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Support and comply with all company policies and safety requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
What you need to succeed:
- 1 3 years of online fulfillment
- Experience troubleshooting technical equipment and basic mechanical skills
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Experience driving a 16- to 26-foot box truck preferred
- 13 years of warehouse, maintenance, logistics, or related experience
- Preferred: Forklift certification or ability to become certified
