Minimum Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
- Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA, or willingness to complete CFY as applicable.
- State Speech-Language Pathology license required or willingness to obtain state licensure prior to start.
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Preferred minimum 2 years of clinical experience, ideally with pediatric populations and experience treating autism and child development needs. New graduates with clinical internships or practicum experience will be considered.
- Experience managing challenging behaviors, including aggression, in pediatric clinical settings.
- Experience working in outpatient settings preferred. Experience or interest in inpatient pediatric care is beneficial due to potential program growth.

Position Overview
- Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Settings: Primarily pediatric practice serving ages approximately 7–17, focusing on autism and child development; services provided in outpatient and some inpatient settings.
- Caseload: Primarily 1:1 sessions. Current caseloads may be intensive due to staffing shortages.
- Openings: One position available. Outpatient offering more hours and variable schedules as noted.
- Department: Five SLPs at this center; 20 SLPs across related departments; potential inpatient expansion by Fall 2026.
- Compensation is based on experience and credentials. Salary scale varies by tenure and experience.
