- Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
- Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family.
- Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.
- Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.
- Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.

- Education: Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology Required
- Licenses: Licensed Speech Therapist; Current licensure with Washington Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire Required Skills
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
