Minimum Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
- Active New Hampshire state SLP license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience providing SLP services in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with dysphagia assessment and treatment.
- Familiarity with long-term care documentation and Medicare/Medicaid requirements.
- Experience with both individual and group therapy in geriatric populations.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 0800-1630.
- Work week: 5x8 schedule.
- Assignment may require adherence to facility scheduling and documentation protocols.
