Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

You will evaluate and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders in the home setting. Use your home health experience and clinical skills to support patient independence and recovery while working with a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Active state SLP license required to start the assignment.
- At least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years (client requirement).
- Experience with HCHB and OASIS documentation systems (client requirement).
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel or contract SLP experience.
- Experience managing productivity expectations in home health settings.
Assignment Details
- Shift pattern: Days, 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
- Productivity expectation: 32 points per week based on a 40-hour week.
- No on-call, weekend, or holiday requirements.
- EMR: HCHB and OASIS experience required.
- Territory includes Aqua/Teal/Capri regions.
