Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Michigan SLP license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Experience working in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute settings preferred.
• Experience with dysphagia assessment and management, including instrumental assessments (e.g., FEES or MBS) preferred.
• Demonstrated competency with electronic medical records required.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.
• Work Schedule: 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift.
• Assignment Length: 15 weeks.
• Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
