Speech Therapist

PruittHealth is seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist for our home health team. In this role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat adult and geriatric patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in their homes. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and family caregivers, and document progress in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
