Speech Therapist

PruittHealth is seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist to provide high-quality speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing services to residents in our Baldwin skilled nursing facility. In this role, you will perform evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document progress in accordance with regulatory and payer standards, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team. You will educate residents and families, support safe discharge planning, and contribute to quality and outcome initiatives, while growing professionally in a supportive, team-focused environment.
