What You Bring to the Role

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in aerospace or industrial spray painting
Proven expertise in high-quality, priority coating applications
Experience working with multiple substrates (metal and plastic)
Strong eye for detail and commitment to finish excellence
Stable work history: must have been in most recent role for at least 3 years
Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards
