Pay Range: $160,000-$170,000 Per Year

Experience leading multi-site operations teams through significant growth. Proven track record in building high-performing teams. Experience with technology integration during M&A processes. Strong financial acumen for business case development and execution. Experience with vendor management and negotiation. Ability to create standards and documentation for support functions. Broad knowledge of healthcare IT infrastructure.

5+ years of experience leading field operations teams. Experience in M&A technology integration. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial planning. Experience in vendor management and hybrid delivery models. Proven ability to transform reactive teams into proactive ones. Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and support processes. Comfortable with ambiguity and organizational transitions.
