This role monitors the effectiveness of initiatives and makes recommendations for enhancements.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Participate in problem resolution and provide functional expertise.
• Determine methods and procedures for new assignments to drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of strategic plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and make recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring. The expected range of pay for this role by location is:

San Jose, California: ($159,500.00 - $236,500.00 Annually)
