Journey Management Product Owner

Responsibilities:

• Work with Product BAs to direct and approve their feature development
• Partner directly with scrum teams to prioritize backlog based on business needs
• Track delivery of engineering user stories against the plan
• Work across UHC LOBs to gather feedback and support their use of the product

Skills:

• Experienced business product owner in the technology space, preferably in marketing technology
• Ability to work across matrixed customer base (cross-LOBs)
• Ability to work across matrixed engineering organization (combination of internal IT, implementation partner, and application vendor resources)
• Comfort working with Sr Leaders across the business to clearly communicate technical details in a simple manner
• Experience working in an agile development approach

The level theyre looking at is for someone with 8-10+ years experience in product management, or related roles, so fairly senior.
