JOB SUMMARY This position works under minimal supervision to direct operation of program or project, exercising independent judgment and authority as required. UT Southwestern Medical Center is hiring Senior Program Coordinator (Office Manager), Burn/Trauma/Acute/Critical Care Surgery. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills to manage the day-to-day operations of the Burn/Trauma/Acute/Critical Care division of Surgery. Responsible for establishing, reviewing, and revising internal procedures, interpreting division/department/institutional processes, supervising administrative team, managing workflow, evaluating work progress, and determining team priorities. Assists in preparing annual budget, monitors overdrafts and appropriateness of expenditures. Monthly Reconciliation of accounts. Coordinates faculty and staff recruitment. Coordinates space needs, renovations, and all division operational needs. Additional responsibilities include providing oversight, direction, and leadership to maintain compliance, adhering to university policies, supporting, and expanding the division and managing special projects. Highly qualified candidates will be proactive, resourceful, and thrive in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, a track record of exceptional customer service, adeptness at prioritization and time management, and a commitment to follow-through and maintaining high work standards.
