Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager, experienced organizing and driving a project from inception/discovery through operationalization.

Candidate needs to be a technical project manager, HealthCare Industry experience is preferred but not required, comfortable in stakeholder, senior management and customer communication, Data Quality, Testing, and Quality Assurance, EPIC experience and/or knowledge of construction project management practices are a plus.

This role will provide project management support to our Research Information technology team and will work on high priority and high visibility projects. This position is a 6 month contract with high likelihood of an extension. Wed like to onboard this PM within the next month.

This is a remote position for now and may need to be onsite for couple of days a week in our Palo Alto/Redwood City offices in future.

Project Management in health care

Experience working with senior management and stakeholder

Familiarity implementing device integration with EPIC

Communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders (MDs, Nurses, Hospital Leadership)

Familiarity with Information Architecture (Generation of Business and/or Technical diagrams)

Experience building Project Charters, Roadmaps, Planning and other project management processes

Project Management Tools and budget management
