Staff Attorney - Prestigious Plaintiffs Firm

A respected plaintiffs firm is seeking experienced Staff Attorneys for a 3 month project

Position Details: This position is fully remote. Attorneys must be licensed and working from the jurisdiction in which they are admitted to practice. The initial term is expected to last three months, with the potential for extension based on business needs and performance.

About the Role: The position will focus primarily on document review, with additional substantive litigation responsibilities. Attorneys will play an active role in ongoing matters and support broader case strategy efforts.

Responsibilities: Responsibilities include document review and analysis, drafting memoranda and case summaries, identifying key documents for use in depositions, and supporting case development and other litigation-related tasks.

Qualifications: Candidates must hold an active law license in the jurisdiction from which they are working. Prior experience conducting document review in complex litigation matters is required. Qualified candidates will have a strong litigation background, including legal research and motion drafting, and must be able to work independently and manage their workflow effectively in a remote environment.
