job description NOW HIRING - STAFFING SPECIALIST We are growing fast and looking for someone who can thrive in a high-energy staffing environment. This is NOT a sit-back-and-scroll-your-phone office job. Every day moves quickly and requires someone who can communicate well, think critically, stay organized, and handle a lot of moving pieces at once. Experience in staffing is a plus, but not required. We can train the right person. What matters most: - Strong communication skills - Attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize - Positive attitude and professionalism - Ability to take feedback and apply it - Sense of urgency and follow-through - Reliable and self-motivated - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment You will be working with: employee onboarding recruiting/interviewing scheduling client communication data entry and compliance problem solving throughout the day This role is best for someone who enjoys being busy, helping people, and being part of a growing company where no two days are the same.
