Stepdown Overflow Registered Nurse

Mission Health is seeking a Stepdown Overflow Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care for acutely ill adult patients transitioning from ICU or med-surg units. In this fast-paced environment, you will manage complex assessments, titrate medications, interpret cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring, and respond rapidly to changes in patient status. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, support patient and family education, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
