Storage Facility Consultant Needed Redondo Beach

Pay Rate: $22.00-$25.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: MondaySunday | 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Must be able to work both Saturday and Sunday and have 2 days off during the week.

Job Details: We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Storage Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right storage solutions while keeping daily facility operations running smoothly. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and sales with a service-first mindset, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and online; Assess customer storage needs and recommend appropriate unit sizes and services; Complete rental agreements, process payments, and maintain accurate customer records; Promote facility features, pricing, and current promotions; Perform basic sales and upselling of storage units, insurance, and related services; Conduct unit inspections, lock checks, and routine facility walk-throughs; Maintain a clean, safe, and secure facility appearance; Address customer questions, concerns, and issues professionally and promptly; Follow company policies and security procedures

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED (required); Customer service and/or sales experience preferred; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Basic computer skills and ability to learn facility management software; Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently; Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

Physical Requirements: Ability to walk the facility and climb stairs if applicable; Ability to lift up to 50 pounds if necessary; Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
