Keyholder / Store Supervisor

Our client, a locally owned retail and food service business, is seeking a Keyholder / Store Supervisor to join their team. As a Keyholder, you will be part of the daily operations supporting both the retail store and grill. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, strong customer service skills, and a hands-on approach that will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Keyholder / Store Supervisor

Location: Boone, NC

Pay Range: 20$/hr

Shift: Full-Time | Weekends and Flexible Hours Required

What's the Job?

• Open and close the store, including securing the building and handling keyholder responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of both the retail store and grill
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
• Supervise employees during shifts and provide support and direction as needed
• Assist with customer transactions, cash handling, and point-of-sale operations
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking merchandise, food, and supplies
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the facility
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Work alongside team members and step into operational roles as needed

What's Needed?

• Previous retail, restaurant, convenience store, or customer service experience preferred
• Prior supervisory, leadership, or keyholder experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
• Comfortable handling cash and operating POS systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
