A Victoria's Secret & Co Store Manager is a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to drive and grow top-line sales at Victoria's Secret. This role reports to the District Manager.
Primary Responsibility: The Store Manager has the primary responsibility of driving top-line sales by leading the sales floor, coaching and development of the team, performance management, and selling. In addition, the Store Manager ensures operational excellence through visual merchandising, payroll management, inventory control, and delivering on our operational standards. The Store Manager drives consistency in performance and execution through business insights and actions to deliver results. It is their responsibility to coach and develop leaders within their area of responsibility by being a content expert in all areas of the store: brand, team and operations. They also own or oversee the weekly schedules of leaders and associates
Minimum Salary: $71,600.00
Maximum Salary: $86,000.00
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Qualifications
- Passion for Victoria's Secret Brand.
- Ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty.
- Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate and deliberate action to achieve results.
- A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop.
- Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level and creating an environment where people do their best work.
- Ability to monitor/track progress and incorporate feedback into decision-making.
- Proven ability to link company strategies to day-to-day activities and inspire a team to deliver total company contribution.
- Experience with influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings to get things done.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
- Ability to stand for long periods and frequently bend, kneel, and lift.
- Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
- 10+ years of retail leadership experience preferred
