As one of the largest authorized dealers for Cricket Wireless, PQH Wireless is currently seeking a self-motivated Retail Wireless Store Manager to join our team in Manor, TX. Retail Store Managers earn salary plus monthly commission payout. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance. Job Purpose:

• Hire, coach, train, and manage a small team of employees through the use of daily observation forms, monthly one on one meetings, and on the spot redirect coaching.
• Achieve monthly sales quota by using cross selling techniques for wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and features.
• Retain customers by providing outstanding customer service to new and existing customers in both sales and service transactions.
• Complete operational duties assigned to you accurately and within required time frames. Weekend availability required. Bilingual required.
