Auto Repair Store Manager

What you'll do:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations and workflow
• Lead, train and motivate the employees under your supervision
• Ensure superior customer service and satisfaction
• Manage scheduling, workflow, sales and tech performance
• Maintain a safe, efficient and productive work environment
• Actively work to keep the service schedule full to assure techs have plenty of work

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in a busy auto repair shop or in automotive management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repair processes
• Ability to multi-task and be a problem solver in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on management style reporting to and working with the GM

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
