Student Success Counselor

As a Student Success Coach and Mentor with City Year, you will serve full-time in a partner public school, providing academic and social-emotional support to students. You’ll tutor in core subjects, lead small-group interventions, and mentor students to build attendance, engagement, and confidence. Working on a diverse AmeriCorps team, you’ll collaborate with teachers, track student progress, and help run after-school and enrichment programs.
