Student Success Counselor

As a Student Success Coach and Mentor with City Year, you will serve full-time in a partner public school, helping students build academic skills, social-emotional strengths, and confidence. In close collaboration with teachers and school staff, you’ll provide small-group and one-on-one tutoring, track student progress, and implement interventions that keep students on track to graduate. You’ll build strong relationships with students and families, contribute to a positive school climate, and work on a diverse City Year team committed to social justice, leadership development, and personal growth, while gaining valuable professional experience in education and youth development.
