Student Support Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Student Support Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and student support services for the CCE Advanced Manufacturing and Industrial Trades programs. This position plays a key role in coordinating day-to-day program operations, maintaining accurate records and communications, supporting compliance requirements, coordinating course logistics, and ensuring the effective delivery of programs across multiple campuses and training locations. The Student Support Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing departmental administrative functions, including email correspondence, telephone and call logs, course scheduling, instructor notifications, student communications, data entry, record maintenance, and other administrative processes. The position serves as an important administrative resource for the Program Director, Program Manager, faculty, and students and ensures information is communicated accurately and in a timely manner. In addition, this position provides administrative support to the CCE Advanced Manufacturing and Industrial Trades Program Director, Program Manager, faculty, and students. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating day-to-day administrative operations for courses across multiple campuses and on-site contract classes. This includes procuring consumable supplies, classroom materials, and office supplies, as well as fulfilling instructor requests to support a high-quality teaching and learning environment. The Student Support Coordinator conducts annual inventory in accordance with MTC requirements and collaborates with program leadership to plan and execute special events such as job fairs, graduation ceremonies, and other program-related activities. Performs other duties as assigned. This position is located on the Midlands Technical College Airport Campus.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

A high school diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Associates degree and 5 years of experience. Previous administrative experience preferred.
