This innovative program will provide substance use disorder treatment and restorative justice services for adults on their recovery journey. Pay * SAC-IT: $22.75/hour * SAC: $26.00/hour * CSAC: $28.00/hour Full-time | Benefits Eligible What You'll Do * Provide individual and group substance use counseling services. * Complete assessments, screenings, referrals, and treatment planning. * Deliver case management and coordinate community support services. * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. * Support clients in achieving recovery, stability, and personal goals. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners. * Participate in clinical supervision, training, and professional development. What We're Looking For * Valid Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credential . * Associate's degree in a human services or corrections-related field required; bachelor's degree preferred. * Knowledge of addiction, recovery, counseling, and case management principles. * Experience working with justice-involved or correctional populations is preferred. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
