Position Summary:
Our Manufacturing Operators work in a variety of departments and may be responsible for running machines, assembly lines, packaging, driving forklift and other activities as needed.
Specific Responsibilities:
Note: We are hiring for a variety of our Sheboygan Falls Locations - each facility runs different products which ultimately changes the operator role. We will provide you more specific details of the facility for the open roles.
Utilize established methods and tools to ensure product meets quality standards
Ability to accurately record production and quality
Ability to follow safety rules and regulations while maintaining a safe and clean workspace
Able to communicate issues and improvements so we can continue to grow and be innovative as a team
Perform all initial and secondary job requirements proficiently
Perform inspection of products
Report production figures
Keep tools, equipment, and workplace in a clean, orderly, and safe condition.
Assist in setup of workstation

- 18+ years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work any shifts and weekends throughout the summer
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Be self-motivated and driven
- Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the roles
- Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures
- Reliable attendance and work performance
- Successful completion of a drug screen and background check
