A highly respected and growing commercial general contractor in the Denver metro area is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead projects from groundbreaking through closeout.

We're looking for a hands-on field leader who takes ownership of the schedule, drives accountability on-site, and delivers high-quality projects safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily field operations on ground-up and major renovation commercial projects
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and multiple trades
• Maintain project schedules and drive production milestones
• Enforce safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to align schedule, budget, and quality
• Lead jobsite meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
• Manage inspections, punch lists, and project turnover

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience
• 3+ years as a Superintendent
• Strong scheduling and sequencing expertise
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents
• Proven leadership managing complex, fast-paced jobsites
• OSHA 30 preferred

Experience in healthcare, multifamily, education, retail, or industrial projects is a plus.
