Job Description

The Superintendent will be responsible for:

  • Leading all on-site construction activities from project start through completion.
  • Managing projects ranging from small renovations to complex ground-up developments valued at $10M+.
  • Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain schedule, quality, and safety standards.
  • Conducting daily site planning and overseeing project execution to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborating with Project Managers and ownership teams on project strategy, logistics, and scheduling.
  • Maintaining strong communication with clients, design teams, and trade partners.
  • Monitoring project progress and proactively resolving field issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and project specifications.
  • Utilizing construction technology platforms including Procore, Bluebeam, and mobile field tools.
  • Traveling to project sites throughout New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent managing commercial construction projects valued at $10M or greater.
  • Ability to successfully lead both large-scale projects and smaller renovation assignments.
  • Experience overseeing subcontractors, schedules, quality control, and jobsite safety.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work across a variety of project types and construction environments.
