Reporting to the operations leadership team, the Superintendent will be responsible for managing field operations across commercial interior and tenant improvement projects.
- Lead all on-site construction activities for tenant improvement and renovation projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain schedule commitments
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company procedures
- Monitor quality control and ensure work is completed to specification
- Manage project logistics in occupied buildings and active commercial environments
- Partner with Project Managers, clients, architects, and consultants throughout project delivery
- Oversee punch-list completion and successful project turnover

For the Superintendent - Commercial Interiors & Tenant Improvement we are seeking:
- Proven Superintendent experience within commercial interiors construction
- Strong background in tenant improvement and renovation projects
- Experience delivering Class A office build-outs and corporate interiors
- Exposure to high-rise interior construction preferred
